Listings4Agents LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered voice calling platform designed to help licensed real estate agents automate outbound prospecting calls, run prequalification scripts, and book seller appointments. Our services include:

To use our services, you must:
Subscription Model: Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.
Pricing: Current pricing is disclosed at the time of purchase and may be updated with 30 days' written notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing listings4agents@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Free Trials / Demos: Demo access is provided for evaluation purposes only and does not constitute a subscription. We reserve the right to terminate demo access at any time.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Listings4Agents LLC related to your account, demo appointment, service updates, and relevant promotions.
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You expressly agree NOT to:

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Real estate results vary based on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, agent follow-up, lead quality, and individual effort. Listings4Agents LLC makes no guarantee of specific appointment volumes, listings secured, or income generated. Any results referenced in our marketing materials (e.g., "3-5 appointments per week") are illustrative examples and are not guaranteed outcomes.
Your use of our platform does not guarantee any particular business outcome. We are a technology tool, not a licensed real estate brokerage.
All content, software, designs, scripts, and technology on our platform are the exclusive property of Listings4Agents LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listings4Agents LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost appointments, lost commissions, or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Listings4Agents LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you submit through our platform.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
For minor disputes under $1,000, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via email before initiating legal proceedings.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may terminate your access immediately for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our platform ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Listings4Agents LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
